Project Delivery Services - Proposals, Technical and Feasibility Studies

From the early stage of a project, GTC can provide project support by evaluating the implementation of new technology or porcessing scheme, through our proposal, technical and feasibility study offer, depending on the level of details which likes to be covered.

The technical and feasibility studies include extended information covering all aspects of the implementation of a new facility with the direct intention of offering to our customers all information required for making a decision of a new intended project from all technical and economical aspects.

Information available in technical proposal or feasibility study includes:
  • General overview of our technologies with comparative evaluation versus other similar processing options
  • Preliminary technical information related to material and heat balance
  • Product quality
  • Utility and energy consumption
  • Information related to all categories of waste and corresponding disposal methods
  • Sized equipment list
  • Preliminary plot area required and equipment arrangement
  • Estimates of chemical, solvent, or catalyst first charge and annual consumption
  • Economic evaluation from simple estimated investment cost of the facilities included in the project scope
  • Detailed production cost or cash flow calculations included in addition to the technical part of each documentation
The proposals and feasibility studies can be provided for covering from one single case to an extended comparative analysis based on different feed options, plant locations, plant capacities, or production profiles.

GTC can provide the proposals and feasibility studies for different scope of works included the main processing plant as well as various auxiliary facilities required for the operation of the plant, for grassroots units or revamping existing facilities. When revamp case is evaluated, the engineering documentation includes:

In the process of proposal or feasibility study preparation GTC keeps a very close interaction with our customer.  Visits prior starting the engineering work as well as presentation and supporting activities during customer evaluation of our documentation are provided.
